Upholstery cleaning is much like carpet cleaning.  However, in some cases we may decide not to clean a piece of furniture if we are concerned for any reason. 

How much does upholstery cleaning cost?

• Sofa and Loveseat
• $11.00 per foot to clean.  
• $2.00 per foot extra if the back cushions are loose.
• $4.00 per foot to stain protect.
• Measure from one side of the upholstery to the other side to get the length in feet.  Most loveseats will range from 4-5 feet while most sofas will range from 6-7 feet.

• Recliner
• $35.00 to clean.
• $10.00 to stain protect.

• Dining Chair
• $10.00 to clean.
• $3.00 to stain protect.

• Ottoman
• $6.00 - $10.00 to clean.

• Rocker Glider or Formal Chair
• $25.00 to clean.
• $5.00 to stain protect.
